The service

UploadHouse provides file hosting, sharing, UploadHouse Lockers, chat, and related tools. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Availability is not guaranteed. Features may break, change, or go offline without notice.

Your content & accounts

You are responsible for what you upload, share, sell, and send. You must have the rights needed to distribute that content. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or stop serving any user at our sole discretion — with or without notice, and with or without a stated reason.

You retain all copyright and other intellectual property rights in materials you upload to UploadHouse. By uploading or submitting content, you grant UploadHouse a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise process that content solely as necessary to operate the service and to deliver, distribute, or make the content available at your direction. UploadHouse does not claim ownership of your content, and this license does not transfer any ownership rights to us. Except as required to provide the service, we do not assert any further rights in your materials.

Adult content

Adult content is allowed when it is legal for you to upload and for recipients to access. We may automatically restrict access by country, region, age, or audience when required by law or when we choose to reduce legal risk. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and to the people you share with.

Illegal content

Illegal content is not tolerated. If we become aware of it, we may remove it, disable access, and report it to law enforcement.

For these terms, illegal content includes material that is unlawful to possess, distribute, or make available under applicable law. That includes, without limitation:

• Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving anyone under 18
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including revenge porn and hidden-camera sexual content
• Content that facilitates trafficking, exploitation, or sexual abuse
• Terrorist content, or material that clearly instructs or assists violent crimes
• Stolen credentials, doxxing packages, or tools primarily intended for unauthorized access to systems
• Malware, ransomware, or other malicious software intended to harm others
• Fraud schemes, phishing kits, or other material primarily intended to steal money or identities
• Copyright-infringing material when we receive a valid notice or otherwise become aware of clear infringement we choose to act on

This list is not exhaustive. If content is illegal where we operate or where it is being served, do not upload it.

Paid features & fees

Free hosting and transfers are available for personal and business use. When we accept payments on behalf of creators through this website, we keep a 5% platform fee to help pay for infrastructure. Crypto unlocks and other paid features settle according to the payment flow shown at checkout. All purchases are final. No refunds are available. It is your responsibility to confirm that what you intend to buy meets your expectations before you pay.

No warranties

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not warrant that files will remain stored forever, that downloads will always work, that payments will always succeed, or that the site will meet your particular needs. Use it with backups and common sense.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UploadHouse and its operators are not liable for lost files, lost profits, missed payments, downtime, third-party actions, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of UploadHouse after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
